change of plans for poetry

the pomes were going
but forgot their way
no route means no travel
means they have to stay

the pomes were leaving
but there was no door
no door means no outside
they sat on the floor

the pomes were ready
but ready for what
no knowledge, no reason
and so they stayed put

the pomes were going
but didn't know where
no destination?
remain and breathe air
